Rocafort, 96

-

L'Eixample, Barcelona | September 2018

Beautiful apartment of 98 m2 built located on Rocafort street, 3 minutes from Rocafort metro station and 5 minutes from Joan Miró park. Regal building in perfect condition with elevator and doorman during the day.

The flat is a classic Eixample flat with a long corridor that divides the day zone from the night area. It has been completely renovated giving Mediterranean airs while respecting the hydraulic floors and the original carpentry.

Starting at the night area we find a first double room with balcony facing Rocafort street, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning hot / cold. The second bedroom, also double facing the inner courtyard, and is also equipped with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Following the corridor we find a large bathroom common for both rooms, across the hall we find a third single room, which can also be used as an office or dressing room. Right next door we have another full bathroom.

Entering the day area we find the kitchen, equipped with all appliances: integrated fridge-freezer and dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and extractor fan. The kitchen is open to a large and bright living room with high ceilings and also equipped with air conditioning / heating. Finally and forming part of the living room we have a large gallery with original carpentry windows and that gives access to a small laundry room where there is the electrical storage and pre-installation for the washing machine.

Many original architectural elements have been preserved, such as the before mentioned hydraulic floors which have been polished, in areas where it has not been possible to preserve the original floor has been paved with parquet flooring to give it more warmth. The woodwork is the original wood and in some areas the ceramic vault ceilings and brick walls have been seen. All the facilities of the apartment have been completely renovated and the apartment is furnished and equipped.
